Empowered Community Services (ECS) is a 501 C (3) Non Profit Organization established in June 2005 by the Perera family of Los Angeles, California. The December 26, 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami and ten pairs of shoes gave birth to our organization.

  • All Rights to zahorsky
    Preschool education and teacher training
    Providing workshops and seminars for parents of preschool students. The program is designed to focus on the importance of preschool education.
